Olagasti Anchovies

Olasagasti Cantabrian Anchovies are sourced from the Cantabrian Sea off the coast of Spain. Olasagasti anchovies are richly salty and full of flavour. They are caught in spring, when they’re in their best condition, and prepared by Olasagasti with care. Perfect on their own or to add some zing to a dish or dressing.
