These olives are grown, harvested, and cold pressed for direct bottling on the Asaro family Estate in the heart of Sicily. This 100 years old Asaro farmland and its authentic farming methods were combined with the palate and sensibilities of New York’s famed chef’s The Frank’s (of Frankie’s Sputino and 570 restaurants) to create this one of a kind oil.
