A coastal dreamland producing inviting, joyous wines. Welcoming notes of lemon drops, shortbread, waving jasmine flowers & crushed boulder minerality. With a surprisingly satisfying rounded and plush palate for the lover of Loire Chenin Blanc (#same) - think dollops of honeyed sweetness perfectly cut by tidal pool salinity and white currant acidity. Drink this treat on a Wednesday evening, chive cream cheese and smoked salmon bagel in hand, while your cat watches you from atop the fridge, begging you to drop some.
